We only ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You may be subjected to import duties depending on your country. Elm & Rye is not responsible for international duties and customs fees.

Shipping is free for orders over $75 within the Contintental United States.

Elm & Rye does not require a signature upon delivery unless you specifically purchase a shipping option where it requires a signature. Please keep in mind that the decision to require a signature upon delivery is ultimately left to the discretion of the carrier.

Please note: It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details. Elm & Rye is not responsible for your package once it's in the hands of the carrier.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked.

We accept all of the major cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We unfortunately cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, bitcoin, or hugs. 🙂

We've conducted extensive heat testing on all of our products. After days of constant 100º F heat (which is very unlikely even during the summer), we've found that all of our products still exceeded viability. However we do recommend that your store your product as recommended for the longest shelf life.

We are a certified PCI DSS compliant service provider. This means we take your security very seriously and never disclose your personal identity or information with anyone. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.

Tracking details are automatically sent once the order has been processed by the courier. Notification will be sent from our email, support@elmandrye.com, to the email address on file for your Elm & Rye account with the subject line “Your order is on its way.”

We'll send you a renewal order every 30 days. You can edit your subscription at anytime and we always remind you a few days before any renewal order in case any adjustments are necessary.
